Du is a licensed naturopathic doctor, registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist, and is an experienced naturopathic birth doulas (professional birth assistant).
Du has been practicing naturopathic medicine for over 18 years, with a clinical focus in:

ND, Bowen Therapist
He is a licensed naturopathic doctor who has been practicing Bowen Therapy (a unique pain treatment technique), since 2002, and is a dedicated practitioner of meditation.
Jonah has experience treating a wide range of health concerns, but has extensive experience in treatment/implementation of:
- Gastrointestinal health concerns (e.g., heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease)
- Lifestyle medicine programs (treatment of health concerns such as obesity, heart disease or pain conditions by focussing on dietary change, exercise and stress management)

Yan Yen Loo is a licensed naturopathic doctor. She is passionate about supporting patients with their overall health, particularly with their mental health . Her clinical focus includes:
- Stress management and anxiety
- Burnout and adrenal fatigue
- Low mood and depression
- Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), mood swings
- Digestive concerns such as heart burn, IBS and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
- Skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis
Yan Yen practices with heart. She ensures patients are heard in a safe and welcoming space. Her approach is to first provide patients with symptom relief. Meanwhile, she works on investigating and treating the causes of their symptoms. This approach allows for long-term wellness.
Yan Yen integrates advanced laboratory testing, when needed as part of the assessment process. Her treatments incorporate nutrition, herbal medicine, vitamins & supplements, acupuncture, cupping, lifestyle coaching, and counselling.
Yan Yen is a graduate of the University of Toronto (Human Biology and Environmental Sciences) and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She completed an acupuncture internship at the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in China. She also has additional training in herbal medicine and holistic counselling.
Dancing is Yan Yen’s element — particularly expressive, freestyle dance (no structured choreography here!). If she’s not dancing, she’s either biking around the city or laying in a hammock somewhere quiet with lots of blue skies and greenery.

Natalie Senst, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor and naturopathic birth doula (professional birth assistant). Natalie’s practice is inclusive and dedicated to empowering you to reach your health goals. She has a particular interest in supporting women through the changes and uncertainty that come with considering, planning, and experiencing pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
At TCNM, Natalie offers naturopathic birth doula services, as well as prenatal and postpartum naturopathic care, including:
- Optimizing fertility and pregnancy
- Natural labour preparation
- Sleep and energy support
- Digestive health
- Women’s health and hormonal health
- Children’s health and pediatrics
Natalie’s supportive and practical approach to birth and life draws from her own experience as a mom of 2, an Ironman triathlete and a former litigator.
Weaving evidence-based research and advanced laboratory testing together with the wisdom of traditional medicine, Natalie will tailor her support to your individual needs. While her hierarchy of support begins with the foundations of sleep, diet, movement and community, she will meet you where you are at and offers acupuncture, nutritional supplements, botanical (herbal) medicine or homeopathic medicine to support you as needed.
Natalie completed extra clinical training in pediatrics before graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Natalie is also a medical consultant for St. Francis Herb Farm.
Outside TCNM and her naturopathic practice, Natalie is recharged by time outdoors – and loves growing veggies in her garden at home and exploring nature with her children. RMT, Certified Reflexologist
She integrates reflexology, and her extensive knowledge of other massage therapy techniques into treatments, including use of hot stones and Thai Massage techniques.
Her warm presence and attention to detail will ensure your experience at Toronto Centre for Naturopathic Medicine is positive and seamless. She is our direct billing expert and our birth doula care coordinator.
Roxana was born in Romania, and raised in Woodstock, Ontario. After studying in Sydney, Australia for three years, she returned to Canada and settled in Toronto.
In her free time she can be found drinking coffee, reading a good book in the sunshine or spending time with friends. She enjoys writing music, visual arts and theatre.
In her role as receptionist and administrative assistant, Carly will ensure you will feel welcome, and that your appointment at Toronto Centre for Naturopathic Medicine will proceed timely and efficiently. She is our dispensary coordinator and assists all our patients with their natural medicine needs.
Carly began working at TCNM as an intern in the Humber College Wellness Coaching program. Now a graduate, she’s a member of the team, and continues to study, taking wellness and social work courses through Humber College’s Continuing Education program.
Carly enjoys her work, helping patients and getting to know TCNM’s wonderful community.
