Natalie Senst, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor and naturopathic birth doula (professional birth assistant). Natalie has a particular interest in the gut-brain interplay, and supporting healthy brain function through the lifespan. She considers digestion, brain health and hormonal balance the three essential aspects of her care model. She loves to support and empower women, and in turn to help them support their families and loved ones. Natalie’s practice is inclusive and dedicated to empowering you to reach your health goals.
At TCNM, Natalie’s naturopathic practice includes:
Acupuncture (including Traditional Chinese Medicine, electrostimulation for pain and recovery)
Brain health & cognitive preservation (including Alzheimer’s disease prevention, Parkinson’s disease support, ADHD support and general symptoms like brain fog, poor memory or concentration)
Natalie’s supportive and practical approach to health draws from her own experience as a mother of two, an Ironman triathlete and a former litigator.
Weaving evidence-based research and advanced laboratory testing together with the wisdom of traditional medicine, Natalie will tailor her support to your individual needs. While her hierarchy of support begins with the foundations of sleep, diet, movement and community, she will meet you where you are at and offers acupuncture, nutritional supplements, botanical (herbal) medicine or homeopathic medicine to support you as needed.
Natalie completed extra clinical training in pediatrics before graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Natalie is also a medical consultant for St. Francis Herb Farm.
Outside TCNM and her naturopathic practice, Natalie is recharged by time outdoors – and loves growing veggies in her garden at home and exploring nature with her children. She’s a food enthusiast and loves to create off-recipe best. She’s generally up for anything active and loves triathlon for the variety it provides. Follow Natalie on Instagram to connect with her.
