Rachel Schwartzman is a licensed naturopathic doctor and doula who maintains a general family practice with a focus in women's health, hormonal health, fertility (natural and using assisted reproductive technologies [ART]) and pediatrics. She has attended over thirty births in both home and hospital settings, and having been the beneficiary of doula support herself, is dedicated to using her birthing experience to create safe, memorable and positive birthing experiences for her clients.
Rachel is a graduate of McMaster University and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She completed her doula training through the Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators and has had extensive experience preceptoring in a midwifery practice. Rachel has received additional certification from Mind/Body Medical Institute (an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School Department of Continuing Education.)
Rachel is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
